Hospitalist Physician: Block Schedule, Night Rotations & RVU Bonus

The position offers a permanent full-time status with a block schedule, 12-hour shifts, and a census of 20–24 patients per shift. Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 plus RVU production bonuses and a malpractice insurance benefit.
