• End Date/Duration: Ongoing assignment
• Shift: 8-hour shifts (flexible options: 5 days/week, possibly 4 days/week)
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract / Locum
• Licensure/Certifications: Current Texas medical license preferred; Board Certified in OB Hospitalist medicine or equivalent
• Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $195.00 per hour

What You ll Do:

• Provide OB hospitalist care in a busy, state-of-the-art hospital setting
• Monitor laboring patients and provide obstetric emergency support
• Collaborate with labor and delivery teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Manage inpatient obstetric cases, including antepartum and postpartum patients
• Document patient care accurately within the EMR system (Epic)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols
• Support weekend and holiday coverage as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Texas medical license (preferred) or valid license in OR state
• Board certification in OB Hospitalist or relevant specialty
• Minimum of 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience
• BLS and other life support certifications
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
