Hospitalist - Part-time

The teams building them need hospitalists who can examine realistic clinical records, decide whether the medical record supports its conclusions and claims, write the response a medical professional would give, and point out exactly where the record or model-generated data is deficient. Your clinical judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models and the quality of the data they use. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.

What you'll do

• Assess raw medical records alongside clinical notes and FHIR data for clinical support and data quality
• Assess inpatient cases involving adults, covering histories, medication reconciliation, social history, assessments and plans
• Review the admission record, daily updates, transition-of-care material and discharge paperwork for completeness and consistency
• Flag gaps or errors in areas such as dosing adjusted for kidney or liver function, medication interactions and age-appropriate clinical information, then provide clear feedback using written review guidelines

Who this is for

• MD or DO with Internal Medicine board certification, or with board certification plus a Hospital Medicine-focused practice designation
• Hospitalist experience totaling at least five years, with current or recent inpatient hospitalist work during the last two years
• Fluent English and strong familiarity with inpatient documentation, hospital workflows and clinical records
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
