Part-Time Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist - Night Shift (7p-7a)

Position Highlights
- Part-time, hospital-employed position within the Aultman Health System
- Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested
- Demonstrates ability to competently provide individualized goal directed nursing care to patients through assessment.
- Partner with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients
- Structured support system—featuring brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreat—ensures that our providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
Position Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as either an Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Ohio
- Minimum one year in Acute Care setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; strong organization skills; ability to stimulate new ideas and create an environment of teamwork
