What You'll Do

• Cover the ER, inpatient floors, triage visits, and call responsibilities during your shift
• Assist with cesarean deliveries and vaginal births, managing high obstetric volume (~3-5 deliveries daily)
• Respond to first calls from the Advanced Practice (AP) floor service and ED consults
• Provide consultation support to CNMs and FP providers, including OB/GYN surgeries
• Support high-risk obstetric cases such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, fetal anomalies, and preterm labor
• Ensure postpartum care and family planning services are delivered effectively
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a busy, collegial environment

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Wisconsin or eligible via IMLC
• Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• 1-3+ years of obstetric experience preferred
• Skilled in cesarean management, vaginal deliveries, ultrasound, and gynecologic procedures (IUD, Pap smears)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
