StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $104.76 - $113.40
This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details And Requirements For This Opportunity
- Schedule: 7a - 7p, 7 days on and 7 days off
- Total census per provider per shift: 10-12 patients
- Procedures required: To be determined
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
- Support: To be determined
- Certifications and licenses required: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), ATLS Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 Days
