Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
- No call or overnightresponsibilities
- Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
- Access UpToDate® forreal-time clinical guidance

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
