We are hiring for a Hybrid Days/Nights position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration: Join our team of 25 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers at PeaceHealth St. Joseph in Bellingham, Washington.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited nurse practitioner program.


• Board-certified/eligible nurse practitioner.


• Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.


• Experienced clinicians are preferred, but we are open to new grads and will offer in-depth training/onboarding.


• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

This role is for a hybrid day and night schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Our hospital bylaws allow NPs to practice independently within the full scope of their licensure.


• Provide comprehensive medical care and post-operative care.


• Admit patients and perform rounding as needed.


• Work alongside an MD and another APP.

Rewards and Compensation

Base annual salary is $170,000+
