Practice Info
- Cohesive team of 15 physicians and 2 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Beacon Hospital
- Encourages providers to join hospital committees and participate in medical staff
- Holds 2 monthly team meetings, one weekly, to discuss group performance
- The ICU is closed, and the team is not expected to perform procedures or run codes
- A rapid response team assists
- Works with medical students, APPs, and third-year WMU IM residency program residents

- Manage the inpatient coverage
- Deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Working exclusively 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM overnight shifts
- Works a combination of 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM shifts and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts in a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
- 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedules, but we help cover for our teammates as needed
Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule
- H1B & J1 visa sponsorship available
