Clinicians will work a flexible schedule featuring a mix of day and night shifts with manageable patient workloads. - ICU coverage (6 bed)
- Vent management
- Average workload of 11 - 14 patients for 12-hour day shifts
- Average workload of 2-6 admits for 12-hour night shifts
Compensation
- Sign-on bonus of up to $100,000
- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
- Forgivable loan of up to $200,000
- Differentials for night shifts
- Full-time annual compensation is $323,930+ bonuses and differentials

Shift & Schedule
- 13 shifts per month
- 12-hour day shifts
- 12-hour night shifts
- Schedules are made 3 months in advance
- Physicians can expect to work a mix of rounding and night admit shifts every month
- Physicians (in general) have 2 weekends off each month
- Rounding is scheduled in 5–7-day blocks; can be longer or shorter if preferred
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible in Hospital Medicine by ABIM
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and team-based practice skills
- Valid California medical license required prior to start
- Federal unrestricted DEA
