Responsibilities
- Lead our local team of 5 Hospital Medicine physicians.
- Actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.
- Provide clinical oversight for the team.
- Build strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership.
- Provide inpatient care to a small, acute care hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support.
Compensation
- Annual compensation $365,000 + incentives.

Requirements
- Board-certified/eligible in internal medicine.
- Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated hospitalist experience.
- Ability to manage ICU patients without intensivist back up.
- Must be comfortable with vent management.
- Prefer at least 1-2 years of hospitalist experience.
- Prefer previous leadership experience.
