Hospitalist Medical Director

CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial in Lufkin, Texas, is seeking a Medical Director to lead patient-centered care within its collaborative team of thirteen physicians. Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to a team of seasoned providers.
• Collaborate with both Sound Physicians leaders, as well as hospital leaders, in meeting key goals in care delivery and quality metrics.

Shift & Schedule

• A combination of clinical and administrative time.
• 10 clinical shifts per month, and 60 hours a month of protected administrative time.

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• Minimum of one year in hospital medicine as a leader in an associate medical director or director-level role.
