Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care through a daily rounding model involving three providers, with an average patient census of 12-15 per provider
- Handle on-call periods including admissions ranging from zero to a maximum of four to five patients
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, general surgery, urology, GI, endocrinology, orthopedics, and wound care specialists
- Collaborate with a dedicated nocturnist for 7p-7a coverage and work alongside advanced practice providers (APPs) from Bethel University to contribute to teaching and expanding educational services
- Engage in challenging cases within an open ICU setting, where diverse services support comprehensive patient care
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Standard rotation is 7-days on and 7-days off, spanning Monday through Sunday

Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in the relevant specialty
- Minimum of one year in hospital medicine as a leader in an associate medical director or director-level role
