- Collaborative Hospitalist team with 60 physicians providing internal coverage
- 58‑bed community hospital with a 4‑bed ICU
- Block scheduling: 7 days on, 7 days off
- Comfortable with ventilator management
- No nights covered by Mercy Virtual Care
- Fully integrated within a larger health system
- System‑wide EPIC EMR
