Job Description
Hospitalist position at Ft. Hood-Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) in Killeen, TX.
- CRDAMC is a 24/7 teaching facility; will direct, perform, and/or assist in the instruction of other healthcare professionals within the scope of the clinical privileges and responsibilities granted.
- The hours will be from 05:30 to 22:30, Sunday through Saturday, and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, training holidays, and Federal holidays.
- On‑call responsibilities.
- Shifts of 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours (shifts and hours may change depending on the needs of the facility), not to exceed 40 hours in a week or 80 hours in two weeks.
Job Requirements
- Active Texas state license.
- Board‑certified in Family Practice.
- At least one year of post‑residency clinical experience within the last three years providing direct patient care.
- BLS & ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
