Hospitalist, Internal Medicine

Sutter Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a Hospitalist to join a world-renowned transplant group at Sutter Health's Flagship Hospital, CPMC. This role involves managing a diverse panel of transplant, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, and general internal medicine patients. The position focuses on integrating general and perioperative medicine, liver disease, complex GI, advanced heart failure, and specialty cardiac care, and end-organ disease management to optimize patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse panel of transplant, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, and general internal medicine patients.
• Integrate general and perioperative medicine, liver disease, complex GI, advanced heart failure and specialty cardiac care, and end-organ disease management.

Compensation

• $320,000 /Yr.

Shift & Schedule

• 1.0 FTE is equivalent to 14 shifts/28 days.
• Shifts are either regular 'Day shifts' (8am - 6pm) or 'Swing Shifts' (3pm – 10pm).

Requirements

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted CA Medical License.
• Experience with tertiary care medicine is highly preferred.
