Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist to become a cornerstone of our Internal Medicine Resident Inpatient Service. This is a unique opportunity for a physician with a passion for clinical excellence to step into a vital clinician‑educator role.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will not only provide outstanding care to adult patients but also play a central part in shaping the next generation of physicians. You will be instrumental in the education of our residents and medical students, directly influencing the quality and safety of our inpatient clinical care.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of post‑residency experience as a Hospitalist is required.
• Training: Completion of an Internal Medicine residency at an accredited US program.
• Certification: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a NJ Medical License, DEA, and CDS.

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base hourly salary for this position is $277,381.

The starting base salary is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may differ based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, including specialization, labor market data, experience, leadership, education and certifications, productivity, skills, geographic location, internal equity, and budget and grant funding.

In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
