Cape Cod Healthcare is expanding its hospitalist programs at Falmouth Hospital and is seeking a dedicated physician to join their team. This role offers flexible monthly scheduling to promote work-life balance, collaborating with a team of physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality patient care

Compensation

• $285,000 - $350,000 base salary based on experience
• Leadership Opportunity available with a $39K stipend
• Bonus structure of up to 10% of base salary
• $20,000 Sign on bonus
• $5,000 CME Allocation per year
• Relocation Assistance
• 2 mill/ 6 mill malpractice coverage
