- Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage
- 25+ Hospitalists in a collaborative, team-based model
- Strong case management, nursing, and specialty backup
- Major academic affiliate of the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University
- Average 14–16 patients per shift (cap ~18–20)
Responsibilities
- Manage rapid responses
- Provide resident teaching and supervision
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical education, and curriculum development
