Hospitalist - Admitting - Full Time!

Position Summary

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a full‑time Admitting Hospitalist to join our community‑based hospital in Attleboro, MA. The hospital is a patient‑focused organization looking for physicians dedicated to providing meaningful patient care. Since 1913, Sturdy Memorial has grown to a 132‑bed facility admitting over 7,000 patients annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients admitted to the hospital.
• Complete admissions of patients requiring hospital level of care.
• Work cross‑functionally with primary care providers and other specialties.
• Shift: 11am–9pm with flexibility for 3pm–1am; 7 days on and 7 days off (including some weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Interest in full‑time employment.
