- Assignment Length: 13 weeks

- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940-$2,090

- Type: Travel healthcare assignment
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- BLS certification
- FEES certification
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
- Strong documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain professional standards, compliance, and patient safety practices
- Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and physician direction
- Complete comprehensive speech therapy assessments and use clinical reasoning to establish goals that support progress toward discharge
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to address discharge barriers, equipment needs, and patient/family education
- Provide individual, concurrent, and group therapy sessions based on patient care needs
- Document care clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner in accordance with facility, state, federal, and payer guidelines
- Support student learning when assigned and contribute to a positive educational environment
- Participate in professional development, performance improvement activities, and advocacy efforts
- Adhere to state practice requirements, professional ethics, and organizational safety standards
- Work in a welcoming North Central Florida city with a strong medical community
