Overview

Hospital Revenue Cycle Director at a medium-sized community hospital in Southeast Oklahoma. Lead charge capture, revenue integrity, and patient financial services in a mission‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management, Coding/Clinical Documentation Improvement, Revenue Integrity, and Denial Management.
• Collaborate with payer relations, compliance, and other clinical departments (pharmacy, case management, care coordination, physician leaders) to streamline end‑to‑end revenue capture.
• Use optimized EHR builds, automation, and analytics for real‑time decision‑making and reduced AR days.
• Develop and monitor performance dashboards to improve cash flow, patient financial experience, and KPI excellence.
• Work with treasury, budgeting, decision support, and finance leadership to balance accurate charge capture with strategic forecasting and sustainable growth.
