Job Details

- Location: Brighton, Massachusetts (Boston area)
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,340 - $2,510
- Assignment Type: Travel Respiratory Therapy
- Minimum of 3 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
- Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma facility
- NICU Level III and adult critical care experience required
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Care license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- NRP certification required
- NPS and/or ACCS certification preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to a diverse inpatient population
- Support ventilator management and make informed ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory results
- Apply lung-protective ventilation strategies as part of daily patient care
- Participate as a member of the Code Blue response team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
- Deliver care in accordance with hospital protocols, clinical standards, and best practices
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compassion
