- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong patient-care focus and commitment to quality clinical outcomes
- Comfort working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients across the hospital setting
- Support ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and respiratory treatment plans
- Work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver safe, effective patient care
- Monitor patient response and adjust interventions based on clinical needs and established protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all unit policies and procedures
- Contribute to a dependable night-shift team focused on quality care and patient outcomes
