- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical or hospital setting
- Experience using Varian treatment systems
- Experience with Varian TrueBeam
- Experience with VisionRT
- Experience with Aria EMR
- Active Virginia Radiation Therapist license at time of submission
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- RT(T) certification required
- Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments to patients in a hospital-based radiation oncology department
- Operate and support advanced radiation therapy technology, including Varian systems, with precision and care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and follow departmental workflows
- Follow established clinical protocols, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Provide a positive patient experience through professionalism, communication, and compassionate care
