• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
• Shift Pattern: Any shift
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,310 - $2,480
• Weekend Coverage: Rotating weekends, approximately 1 weekend per month

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Kansas
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred in an acute care or hospital setting
• Ability to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience educating patients and families on therapy goals and discharge planning
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment needs
• Plan and implement individualized physical therapy programs
• Deliver therapy services and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams as needed
• Support discharge planning and transitions of care
• Collaborate with the acute care team to promote safe, effective recovery
• Rotate weekend coverage as scheduled
