• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150-$2,310

• Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist

• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Schedule: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour day shifts with an 8- to 10-hour mix
• Hours Per Week: 40 guaranteed hours
• Weekend Rotation: Every 6 weeks
• Holidays: As needed
• Charting System: Cerner

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license/credential as required in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification required
• Strong orthopedic skills are highly preferred
• Pediatric experience is highly required
• Ability to work in both outpatient and occasional inpatient settings
• Comfort with weekend rotation and holiday coverage as needed
• Generalist PT skills aligned with foundational physical therapy practice

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including CVA, orthopedic conditions, and vestibular disorders
• Provide high-quality therapy services in primarily outpatient care, with some inpatient weekend rotation when needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support safe, effective patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in the charting system
• Support department workflow by managing patient care across scheduled hours and census changes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes mobility, independence, and recovery
