Job Details

• Position Type: Travel Physical Therapist
• Setting: Outpatient physical therapy clinic with occasional inpatient observation, acute care, med/surg, and SNF-level rehabilitation coverage
• Location: Colebrook, New Hampshire
• Start Date: 11/02/2026
• End Date: 02/01/2027
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,170-$2,330

Job Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or a compact state
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred; inpatient rehabilitation or acute care experience is a plus
• Strong comfort working with adult and geriatric populations
• Ability to manage a varied caseload in a rural hospital and critical access hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient clinic
• Deliver occasional inpatient coverage as needed across observation, acute care, med/surg, and SNF-level rehab cases
• Treat a diverse patient population, primarily adult and geriatric orthopedic and neurological cases
• Adapt care plans to meet the needs of a critical access hospital with a broad range of patient presentations
• Document patient care accurately in the facility's charting system
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the rehab team to support safe, effective, patient-centered rehabilitation
