💰 Compensation: $57.12–$85.67/hr (~$111K–$167K annual equivalent) + benefits
🕐 Schedule: Night Shift | Alternate Work Schedule
📋 Type: Full-Time | 75 hours/pay period
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Review medication orders against patient medication profiles to support safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as part of the multidisciplinary care team
• Support hospital pharmacy operations and provide oversight to Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Transporters
• Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and professional development initiatives
📋 Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required
✔️ Active New York State Pharmacist license required upon hire
✔️ Hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
✔️ Knowledge of medication delivery systems
