Job Details

- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Schedule: Approximately 36 hours per week, typically 3 shifts per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $810 - $870
- Unit Population: Adult patients, ages 18+
- Floor Coverage: May float within multiple rehab units as needed
- Electronic Medical Record: Epic
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Technician, CNA, or similar acute care / rehabilitation setting
- CNA certification required
- Current BLS (CPR) certification required
- Missouri licensure or eligibility as applicable to the role
- Comfort working with adult rehabilitation patients in a fast-paced care environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Flexible, positive, and dependable approach to patient care
- Provide direct patient support under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist patients with daily care activities, mobility support, and comfort needs
- Support rehabilitation-focused care for patients recovering from complex conditions
- Take and record vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote patient progress and independence
- Float to various rehab units within the hospital as assigned
- Deliver compassionate service with professionalism and attention to detail
