• Position: Occupational Therapist
• Setting: Hospital-based allied health role with outpatient, acute care, and home health coverage
• Location: Limon, CO 80828
• Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapy job
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 - $1,810
• Start Date: 9/28/2026
• Duration: 14 weeks
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 8-hour days; 4x10 may also be considered
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Work Setting: On-site

Job Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license or credentials
• Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Outpatient therapy experience required
• Strong general therapy background with experience in post-op, sports injury, and geriatric populations preferred
• Inpatient therapy and/or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work across multiple care settings and adapt to a rural coverage model
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services across outpatient, acute care, and home health settings
• Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust care based on progress and functional goals
• Deliver mostly outpatient therapy with occasional coverage in acute and home health environments
• Support recovery and functional improvement for patients with post-operative, sports-related, and geriatric needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Travel between area facilities as needed to support patient coverage
