- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260-$2,430
- Service Area: Coverage within a 50+ mile radius of the office
- Minimum 1 year of home health occupational therapy experience required
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license or credential as required in Washington state
- Experience working independently in a home health or field-based therapy setting
- Home health documentation experience preferred
- HCHB experience required
- Strong time management, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to meet productivity expectations and manage a field-based caseload
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Support patients in improving mobility, safety, and daily living skills
- Complete documentation accurately and by the following day deadline
- Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Travel throughout the assigned service area to complete home health visits
- Collaborate with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
