Job Requirements

• Current Montana Occupational Therapy license required
• At least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience required
• Experience with adult neuro, orthopedic, trauma, and post-acute rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient rehab setting
• Comfort working with modern rehabilitation tools and clinical technology preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, fractures, and other complex diagnoses
• Help patients improve functional mobility, self-care, ADLs, and independence in daily activities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support progress and positive outcomes
• Use advanced rehab equipment and therapy modalities as appropriate
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain high standards of clinical care
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment
