We are hiring full‑time or part‑time Nurse Practitioners for a day rounding role.

Local Team Collaboration

• Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center.
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals from across the world and become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible nurse practitioners.
• Active California license preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting with inpatient care experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; must have completed an acute care NP program.
• Ability to work well in a team‑based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient‑centered care.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

• Nurse practitioner interested in rounding in a day shift role.
• 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7 am – 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment, working alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
• Address a broad spectrum of patient needs in a diverse population.
• Utilize Epic EMR system.

Rewards and Compensation

• Annual compensation of $160,000 - $165,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
