Job Details
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,290 - $2,460
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Setting: Acute care hospital
- Location: Santa Rosa, California
- Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Shift Notes: Rotating weekends required
- Charting System: Epic
- Orientation: Approximately 16 hours
- Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience in an acute care setting
- CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT Radiography certification required
- Valid fluoroscopy license required
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Experience with Epic electronic health record preferred
- Strong knowledge of imaging safety, contrast procedures, and patient preparation
- Ability to work rotating weekends and adapt to variable day shift hours
- Perform CT scans and X-rays with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to patient safety
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide clear, compassionate communication
- Administer and assist with contrast-related procedures as appropriate
- Maintain radiation safety standards and follow all imaging protocols
- Document imaging activities accurately in the electronic charting system
- Collaborate with the radiology, transportation, and clinical care teams to support smooth patient flow
- Support weekend coverage and help maintain high-quality diagnostic imaging services across a diverse patient population
