- Location: San Antonio, TX 78258
- Employment Type: Travel CT Tech Job
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Shift Duration: 12-hour days
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,830 - $1,970
- Patient Volume: Approximately 80-100 patients in 24 hours
- Equipment: Toshiba CT, Siemens CT, and GE CT
- EMR: Meditech
- Floating: X-Ray
- ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of hospital experience preferred
- Cardiac imaging experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital setting
- Positive attitude with strong multitasking and patient care skills
- Comfortable supporting day, evening, and weekend coverage as needed
- Perform CT imaging studies including head, spine, chest, angio head and neck, and CTA chest
- Deliver safe, accurate, and efficient imaging care for a high patient census
- Operate CT scanner equipment across multiple manufacturer platforms
- Collaborate with the radiology team to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
- Support X-ray coverage when floating is needed
- Maintain compliance with department standards, protocols, and patient safety practices
