Job Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• BLS certification preferred or required based on facility needs
• Ability to follow patient safety, documentation, and HIPAA guidelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a clinical care team
• Ability to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Support bedside nursing tasks and document care accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote a safe environment by following hospital safety policies and procedures
• Assist with menu management, patient diet selections, and nourishment coordination as needed
• Communicate patient care concerns and food service issues to the appropriate team members
• Help maintain organized department workflows by assisting with clerical and office tasks when needed
• Support meal delivery, trayline, and food service operations as requested
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment centered on patient care and safety
