Liberty Hospice in Wilmington, NC seeks a Palliative Nurse Practitioner to join hospital-based palliative care. You will respond to inpatient referrals, assess symptoms, manage plans, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, social work, chaplaincy and therapy services.
