Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including clinical care, digital health, and biotech Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
