Emmanuel Hospice in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a compassionate Weekend Registered Nurse to provide holistic, faith-informed end-of-life care in patient homes and facilities. You will complete assessments, manage pain and symptoms, administer medications, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families on hospice services and comfort measures. The RN will document accurately, follow care plans, and participate in on-call weekend coverage.
You’ll support patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while collaborating with chaplains, social workers, and volunteers in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
