Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PRN weekday coverage in the Cumming/Dawsonville area. You will administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
Required: ADN/BSN in nursing, active RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience; hospice or home health experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
