Roze Room Hospice in Southern California seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time benefited role. You will initiate and coordinate the hospice care plan, supervise CHHAs and LVNs, and deliver skilled nursing hospice and palliative care to patients at home.
The RN collaborates with the attending physician and Interdisciplinary Hospice Team, reviews plans of care, performs prescribed treatments including pain management, and provides education and support to patients and caregivers.
