Allegiance Healthcare - Northwest Hospice Minden is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate the implementation of the POC for each patient in our hospice program. The RN will provide direct nursing care, document patient progress, and collaborate with the IDT to meet clinical and family needs.
Qualified candidates are licensed RNs in Louisiana, with at least two years of full-time RN experience; hospice experience is a plus.
