Crescent Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager to join our dedicated nursing team delivering compassionate end-of-life care across Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton Counties. You will provide hands-on nursing, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through the hospice journey in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
The role requires an RN with at least one year of medical-surgical experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
