Roze Room Hospice is seeking a Field Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem coverage across Ventura County. You will lead and coordinate individualized hospice care plans, providing skilled nursing care, pain and symptom management, and family education in the home setting. Licensed RN (BSN/MSN preferred) with hospice or home health experience is ideal.
