Hospice of North Alabama is seeking a compassionate RN Case Manager to provide patient-centered hospice care in the Decatur area. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, manage pain and symptoms, and support families within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, current licensure, and at least 1 year of nursing experience (3+ years preferred), with a commitment to documentation excellence and patient advocacy.
