Compassus is seeking an Inpatient Unit Registered Nurse Case Manager to lead clinical and psychosocial care planning for patients in the IPU. You will coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team to meet patient and family needs, provide education on hospice services, and ensure accurate bedside documentation.
A nursing degree and active RN license are required, with CPR certification and 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
