Hospice of Chattanooga is seeking a Full Time Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join our dedicated nursing team delivering exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community. You will provide hands-on hospice nursing, coordinate services, and guide patients and families.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least one year in medical-surgical or acute care, proficiency with EMR, and CPR certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required.
