Hospice Registered Nurse - RN

Hospice RN Case Manager – Thurston County, WA

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually (DOE) – plus $10K sign‑on bonus.

Puget Sound Hospice is looking for an experienced, compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients, families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs and community providers.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for urgent or standby visits.

What You Bring

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Licensed driver with insured transportation.
• Compassion, strong communication skills and clinical expertise.
