Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager
Pay Range: $30.45 - $50.76 / hour
Responsibilities
- Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy.
- Build trusting compassionate relationships with patients and their families.
- Empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one.
- Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work.
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license.
- Current CPR and BCLS certification.
